Letter from the Editor

Abstract

It is a real pleasure to continue the publication of HOW, the journal that unites all the members of ASOCOPI. The ad hoc Editorial Committee is now based in Pasto, at the University of Nariño. We are doing our best to carry on the hard work of the former Editorial Committee, whose policy was to give HOW a wide circulation in Colombia and abroad.
