In the title compound, C11H15N5O2, the 1,3,5-triazine ring exhibits a half-chair conformation. An intramolecular N—H...O interaction occurs. In the crystal structure, molecules are connected by intermolecular C—H...O and N—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming a zigzag chain along the b axis.
