Foreign language learners communicate according to their personal and cognitive needs. Nobody is taught to speak a standard or colloquial language. The acquisition of knowledge depends on our targets, the environment and the culture we are brought up. That is why how or what is the best way to teach English still remains to be unquestionable. Due to the publication of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, Assessment, nowadays each teacher, each institution and even each student knows their needs, their objectives, what and how they have to learn, and what steps they have to take in order to achieve their targets and success. Yet, there is a lot to be discussed about this document because of the different opinions about it and its impact on the whole society. Knowing how to approach it is a great challenge for each language learner because of its complexity, because of teachers’policies, or because of the methodologies used during the lessons or even because of some lack of pratice in this field. Everyone is taking a deep interest in finding the best answer to what and how we have to teach for a successful outcome and integration into the modern society.
