Connotations and practical category of public health nursing for full-dimensional and full-cycle health management

Abstract

In the light of the people′s health needs and the national health strategy, it is important to update the connotation of public health nursing in a timely manner, clarify its scope of practice, and explore the development path of public health nursing, so as to build a comprehensive health care system covering the entire life cycle and meet the people's increasingly diversified and differentiated health needs. This paper discusses the connotation and practice category of public health nursing based on full-dimensional and full-cycle health management, so as to provide a reference for further clarifying the core competency standards of public health nurses oriented to professional competency and accelerating the construction of a training and practice management system for public health nursing personnel.
