The article analyzes the hydrophysical and geological features of the detection of temperature and optical anomalies over the deposits of hydrocarbons, the proposed methods and model for aerospace monitoring of the sea shelf in order to find deposits of hydrocarbons. It is established that under the action of hydrocarbon fluids in the aqueous environment, bubbles and internal waves appear on the sea surface due to the appearance of temperature anomalies. The network model of interdisciplinary evaluation of sites for oil and gas prospects, taking into account the relationship between levels and feedback, makes it possible to make decisions more objectively and reliably.
