Conceptual Development of resorts in Ukraine on the basis of barrier-free access under martial law

Abstract

The resort business is part of the system of disease prevention and the rehabilitation process. This is especially important for the elderly and people with weakened immunity. These properties of the resort business are especially important for the population of Ukraine. Such importance is determined by the long-term of military operations, from which military personnel and the civilian population suffer. It was stated that a significant number of currently created rehabilitation centers are essentially sanatorium-resort facilities of a new format, which operate in new conditions, and are located in the recreation area and provide both hotel and restaurant services. Providing thorough knowledge in the field of sanatorium-resort treatment, rehabilitation, opportunities to create a barrierfree space is an important factor not only in the training of professionals, but also in the consolidation of society. The current socio-political situation in Ukraine has determined the need for the active application of legislative acts aimed at state support for certain categories of citizens - military, categories of the civilian population, who suffered during armed aggression
