ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF THE FEDERAL LAW № 261 FROM 23.11.2009 IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE PART OF HEAT SUPPLY

Abstract

The paper provides an analysis of the implementation of the Federal law No. 261 dated 23.11.2009 in terms of heating. Identified the following targets: wear of heat networks; heat losses in pipelines. The drawbacks of the implementation ofprograms in the field of energy saving and increasing energy efficiency. The proposed rational recommendations for the effective development and implementation of regional programs.
