OPTIMIZATION OF HEALTH PROTECTION IN THE EDUCATIONAL TRAINING PROCESS IN SPORTS SCHOOLS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Abstract

The paper focuses on the role of mass children's sports in the system of continuous physical education. The need for improving health saving activities in children's sports school is proved, an original pedagogical model of health protection in the training process at the initial stage of sports specialization is proposed. The effectiveness of the implementing this model is supported by the results of observing young athletes in a one-year training cycle.
