METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF CALCULATING THE AMOUNT OF HARM CAUSED TO ANIMALS, PLANTS AND FUNGI LISTED IN THE REGIONAL RED BOOKS
Abstract
The scientific justification of the methodological approach to assessing the harm caused to objects of the animal and plant world that are protected and listed in the Red Book is relevant. In modern economic conditions, the development of a methodology for assessing the harm caused by the destruction of plants, animals and fungi, as well as the negative impact on their habitats, is based on new regulatory documents in the field of nature protection. A methodology has been developed for calculating the amount of damage caused to animals, plants and fungi listed in the Red Book on the example of the Tyumen region, as a result of their destruction (removal from the natural environment, injury) and violation of their habitat. The methodology provides for the calculation of harm depending on the nature of the impact and contains an algorithm for calculating the amount of harm caused to animals, plants and fungi, applicable for each species separately.
