The main purpose of this research is to develop a diagnosis of a small bussiness selling children's clothing, to identify the activities and participation of workers in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), a topic that public and private universities have included transversally in most professional careers related to administration and/or management, which has caused changes between companies, different sectors of society, people who interact and the establishment of goals that converge with sustainable development to generate organizations committed to the aspect economic, social and environmental. This inclusion of CSR has an impact on new ways of directing and managing companies. In the methodology used, the following indicators were considered: Work Environment and Employment Conditions, Responsible Marketing, Environmental Protection, Community Support, and Values and Ethical Principles contemplated in the self-assessment manual, Corporate Social Responsibility.
