An experiment was carried out at the Agricultural Farm Spartacus in Cienfuegos province, in order to evaluate the impact of Fitomas-E and Biobras-16 on tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum, Mill), during winter season, under a protected facility. The trial was conducted in a completely randomized design with 20 replicates per treatment. Each plant was evaluated according to the following variables: height, diameter, number of bunches of flowers and fruits, number of leaves, number and quality of fruits, and yield per treatment were also estimated. Results indicate that applications of Biobrás-16 at 0.01, 0.05 and 0.1 and Fitomas E increases the development and yield of tomato of indeterminate growth in greenhouses and are economically feasible to increase production levels between the 16 and 18.9%.
