Objective: To analyze the factors associated with overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) in patients with ovarian cancer in Cyprus. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed data from patients with histologically confirmed epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) and primary peritoneal cancer (PPC). Results: A total of 106 women diagnosed with ovarian cancer were included, with a median age at diagnosis of 58 years. The Kaplan–Meier survival analysis showed a median OS of 41 months (95% C.I = 36.9, 45.1), and the FIGO stage (p p p p = 0.006) and the performance status (p p < 0.05). Conclusions: This study confirms that the FIGO stage, performance status, and surgery type were considered as prognostic factors for OS in ovarian cancer.
