Aiming at the problem of real-time and accurate monitoring and early warning of rock burst and the lack of mutual feedback between predication results and prevention measures, a real-time transmission system for various monitoring data of rock burst based on Socket and WebServices technologies was designed, and a confusion matrix method was used to construct the dynamic adjustment model of early warning index weight of multi-parameter, and then an intelligent early warning model of rock burst danger in platform is established. In order to further realize the mutual feedback effect of early warning results and prevention measures, with the support of SuperMap GIS cloud service technology, display methods of various prevention measures and early warning results have been defined and designed on the WEB side, thereby forming a mutual feedback system for the design and implementation of prevention measures. The application results in a mine show that the platform can be used for real-time and accurate warning of rock burst and can guide the effective implementation of rock burst prevention and pressure-relief measures on site in time.
