Coincidence or association: Adult‐onset Still's disease following HPV vaccine

Key Clinical Message This case details adult‐onset Still's disease (AOSD) onset post‐human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination and acute gastroenteritis. The timing of HPV vaccine and vaccine‐autoimmune disease literature may potentially confound the well‐established link between infections and AOSD onset.
