FEATURES OF EVALUATING THE RATIONALITY OF CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AT ALL STAGES OF USING NON-STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS IN OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES OF THE MUSCULOSKELETAL SYSTEM
Abstract
The goal is to improve the quality of medical care for occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal system using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the formation of health for employees of the coal industry. Materials and methods. The object of research in the study of this problem is represented by employees of the coal industry with occupational diseases of the musculoskeletal system (n = 400). The following research methods were used: content analysis, descriptive, information and analytical, marketing, sociological (questionnaires, methods of expert assessments), mathematical and statistical. Results. Marketing research has shown that there is no systematic approach to working with consumers in a pharmacy organization; consumers need information about products available for sale. Moreover, the role of pharmaceutical workers as a subject of marketing activities of a pharmacy organization should be that they not only promote, but also help the consumer to choose the right product and promote its safe use. The study of respondents ' assessments and opinions helps to identify patterns in consumer behavior and makes it possible to develop a more thoughtful strategy of information and consulting work with employees of the coal industry, paying special attention to the issues of pharmaceutical consulting, information, attentive service, and the use of new forms and methods of work that would increase the interest of consumers in purchasing effective and safe medicines. Conclusion. The data from this study allow us to improve interaction at the stages of prescribing and discharging non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs by identifying the causes of irrational behavior and understanding consumer expectations, identifying ways to inform consumers, and improving the process of training specialists with pharmaceutical and medical education in the field of rational use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
