CTM-Altromercato : Nacimiento, gobernanza y relaciones con América Latina (1988-1995)

Abstract

CTM- Altromercato is the italian headquarters of fair trade goods importation – Commercio Equo e Solidale (CEES). Founded in 1988, the cooperative developed itself in relation to the European circuit of fair trade, through a complex network of stores for retail. CTM is present in Latin America since the beginning of its activities and focused in the export of traditional products of those areas by working with small producers for the recognition of the fair price of craftsmanship, coffee, honey and other similar goods.
