Pressing issues of applied art studies through the looking glass of current Ukrainian legislation

Abstract

Meaning of the term “applied art studies” is discussed. The attempt to describe it’s tasks is made, and it’s direct connection with legal system is established. The question about adequacy of the Ukrainian legislative terminology is raised.
