Elektroninio portfelio realizacija Moodle sistemoje
Abstract
El. portfelio atsiradimą lėmė: sparti interneto skvarba į įvairias gyvenimo sritis – švietimą, pramonę, verslą ir pan.; duomenų bazės internetinėje erdvėje sudarė galimybę nesudėtingai kurti, naudoti ir valdyti elektroninius dokumentus; mokymo/mokymosi paradigmų kaita – buvo pereita nuo išsimokslinimo vieną kartą gyvenime prie mokymosi visą gyvenimą. El. portfelio paplitimui ir populiarėjimui įtakos turėjo vikio ir tinklaraščių atsiradimas. Šiuo metu el. portfelio sistemos skiriasi savo funkcionalumu, prieinamumu ir pan. Vienos veikia savarankiškai, kitos yra integruojamos į esamas sistemas. Darbe panaudota ir Šiaulių universiteto poreikiams pritaikyta Exabis e-portfelio technologija. Šios sistemos pranašumas kitų technologijų atžvilgiu tas, kad sistema integruota į VMA „Moodle“ aplinką ir yra galimybė iš vartotojo registruotų kursų importuoti vertinimui siųstus darbus, kurie gali sudaryti el. portfelio pasiekimų turinį. Sistema buvo lokalizuota (sulietuvinta). Sukurta papildoma funkcija, kuri leidžia vartotojams patiems įterpti rekomenduojamas kategorijas, kurios palengvina kurti el. portfelį, rūšiuoti kompetencijas ir kaupti kitą informaciją. e-Portfolio in Moodle Environment Simas Žemaitis Summary There are many defi nitions about e-portfolio. To my mind, L. Dawley (2007) defi nes it in the most understandable way. For e-portfolio to become so popular and widely used Wiki and Blog appearance had a great infl uence. At the moment there are more than one ten of e-portfolio systems. They differ in functionality, approachability, etc. Some work independently, while others are integrated into already existing systems. Most of the systems are commercial and made for the specifi c enterprise and its needs. Only some e-portfolio systems were chosen for deeper analysis. They are Mahara, Mofolio and Exabi e-portfolio. Mahara is totally independent and standalone system where user himself has to put his achievements. Mofolio technology also acts as stand-alone system though it belongs to Moodle system. Exabi isintegrated into VMA Moodle system. Exabi e-portfolio technology fi tted for Šiauliai University was also used in this paper. The advantage of this system comparing with the others is that the system is integrated into VMA Moodle environment and there is a possibility to import from user’s registered courses the works that were sent for evaluation and which can make a content of e-portfolio achievements. This system was localized (translated into Lithuanian) because users of different level could use it and orient there easier. An additional function was installed that allow users themselves to insert recommended categories which facilitate creation of e-portfolio, screening of competences and accumulation of other information. The categories can be created by the user himself. Recommended categories are suggested by scientist and Board of Education of Lithuanian Republic.
