ON THE FORMATION OF EFFECTIVE INNOVATION SYSTEM IN RUSSIA

Abstract

The article is devoted to some aspects ofthe problem of constructing innovation-type organizational-economic systems. The set of prerequisites for the formation of effective innovation systems is considered, and the degree of their implementation in modern Russian conditions is also characterized. It establishes the correspondence of the current normative and legislative basis ofRussia to the forms of external support for innovation that have developed in world practice.
