Results of investigation of the grain structure of bismuth-tin additionally doped with indium are presented. The foils have microcrystalline structure. Average sizes of bismuth ones were less than 2 μm and of tin ones were of 3 μm. The bright (10 1 2) textures of bismuth and (100) of tin are formed in the foils.
