Principles and applications of effective incentive contract in research and teaching staff in higher school

Abstract

The paper discusses the problem of increasing the effectiveness of scientific and educational research activities of teaching staff of higher education institutions. One of the possible ways to solve this problem is the improving the system of staff stimulation and the introduction of the effective contract as an instrument for the implementation of social and labor relations at the university.
