Towards an independent international judiciary for the environmental disputes and crimes

Abstract

In this paper we will attempt to highlight the international judicial effectiveness in protecting the environmentt through legal texts and various judicial mechanisms for the protection of the environment and to determine the jurisdiction of the most important international courts and tribunals and their effectiveness in protecting the environment and to mention the most important obstacles to the unification of the legal text of the existence of an independent international environmental court.
