An analysis of the social network of tutors community in a state of social vulnerability in the areas of communication and information technology
Abstract
Analysis of the social network of university tutors aimed at identifying their attributes and relationships as mediators of pupils participating in a literacy course, through mobile devices in the administrative regions of Itapoã and Paranoá, in the Federal District (Brasilia). The analysis focused on college students, although other participants included network actors. Data collection was individually, assessing the prevailing and irrelevant relations, and the roles and influences. classical methods and heuristic was used to approach the reality of the social network, with a dynamic analysis and multiple types of relationships. At first, the analysis focused on the relationships between tutors and exercised various forms of inclusion and digital literacy in individuals with barriers and cognition, with the support of various technologies. The results show the frequency of communication provided by tutors and each of the other actors, mainly by identifying the diversity of technologies and means of communication used. It was noted that tutors have a strong connection to each other and between the five categories of actors: university tutors, community leaders, teachers, instructors and students. The relationship established between tutors was always strong, they all communicate frequently, in addition to having clearly defined responsibilities within the project of digital literacy via devices.
