Optimization of pre-operative preparation for plastic surgeries of patients in menopause

Abstract

We assessed clinical efficiency of application of topical-action preparations, in order to reduce frequency of infectious and postoperative complications, enhance regeneration of vaginal tissues, by inclusion of modern topical antibacterial combined and estrogenic preparations in the complex before and after the management.
