本研究從系統理論及需求評估的角度,以台北市大同高中為例,探討電子書包使用端的學校行政和環境、教師、學生之使用需求與潛在問題。本研究兼採參與觀察、問卷調查與深度訪談法進行初探,歸納大同高中實驗結果為:產品本身、使用性課題、教與學實態、教育行政、技術環境,以及合作實驗等六大構面。根據前述成果,本研究另從實驗學校、教師教學、學生學習、研發單位、相關業者、政府層級等層面,提出使用性的參考建言及對後續研究的建議。This study investigates the user needs of an electronic schoolbag through the systems theory and needs assessment, which is to give an example of Ta-Tung Senior High School, in order to explore end user s utility and potential issues among school administration, educational environment, teachers and students to compile primary information of local demonstration. This study investigates by adopting participant observation,questionnaire investigation, and in-depth interview. The results of this study are enumerated as follows which includes Product, Usage , Teach and learn status, Educational administration , Technical environment,and Co-operation experiment .According to these results,the researchers propose suggestions of follow-up research from aspects of Experimental schools,Teachers, Students,Government,Research and development institutions, and Related industries.
