Educational training in the perspective of academic production (2011 – 2016): the case of the Federal Institutes/Brazil

This study seeks to understand how the Basic Education Teacher Training, in the context of the Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology, shows itself in the academic production (2011-2016) of Brazilian Postgraduate Programs, based on the different teaching knowledge. As methodology, in the production of the data, we use the principles of construction of states of knowledge. The results of this study point to a decrease in the number of studies within the theme in the last years, and evidence as the knowledge derived from training and experience gain prominence within the field of study.
