STRATEGY OF GEOTRANSIT DEVELOPMENT OF THE REGION «DONBASS»: REPRODUCTION APPROACH

Abstract

Authors carried out an integrated assessment of geoeconomy of the South of Russia and the southeast of Ukraine, the mechanism of processes of a geotranzition in the conditions of formation of the new megaregion — «the global city region of Donbass» that allowed to put forward the concept is investigated: as the leading institutions and the main link on formation new «basic territories» or «power lines» of reproduction business cycles in processes of continuous freght traffics is the Seversky Donets and an access in the region to hydrogen energetics. An analysis of cartograms, adaptation of the data «support areas» allows us to group the existing administrative units into four reproductive cycle (RC) of new mega region «Donbass» with epicenters: RC kernel with its epicenters in Rostov-on-Don, Shakhty, Donetsk, Lugansk; RC number 1with an epicenter in Sevastopol; RC number 2 with an epicenter in Kharkov, Belgorod, Voronezh; RC number 3 with an epicenter in Volgograd.
