Time Management for Teachers
Abstract
Professional work of teachers requires the introduction of the principles of good time management. This is particularly important now, in fact, characterized by urgency and the necessity of implementation by teachers of many tasks and perform different social roles. The article discusses the factors facilitating and inhibiting time management. Described techniques and tips that can help educators gain better time management in class and beyond. Particular attention was paid to the skills of planning, delegation of responsibilities, good organization, guide the work and control its course. Effective self-management tasks and time associated with having personality traits as orderliness, perseverance, responsibility, and many others. Bad time management can lead to stress, fatigue, feeling of low efficiency, low self-esteem, lower job satisfaction, burnout, illness.
