Psoriasis is a systemic disease, therefore, in addition to skin, dermatologists should pay more attention to other systems and organs, such as the ocular system. The ocular complications of psoriasis include blepharitis, conjunctivitis, keratitis, iridocyclitis, uveitis, bird's nest chorioretinitis and ultraviolet induced cataract. The main pathogenesis of ocular complications includes: psoriasis plaque directly involved the eye, psoriasis related immune-mediated inflammation process and complications caused by psoriasis treatment. Eye damage management should include dermatologic and ophthalmologic specialists for patients with psoriasis. Understanding the ocular complications of psoriasis is important for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
