脑侧支循环影像学评价研究进展 Progress of Imaging Evaluation of Cerebral Collateral Circulation

Abstract

本综述阐述了脑侧支循环的特点、侧支循环影像学评价方法及其优点和局限性。主要包 括经颅多普勒超声、磁共振血管成像、计算机断层扫描血管成像、计算机断层扫描灌注成像、数字减 影血管造影、多时相计算机断层扫描血管成像。帮助临床医师在疾病早期选择合适的影像学方法评 价侧支循环状态，指导临床决策和预后。 Abstract: This review is to introduce the features of cerebral collateral circulation, imaging evaluation methods of collateral circulation and its advantage and limitation. It mainly includes transcranial Doppler, magnetic resonance angiography, computed tomography angiography, computered tomography perfusion, digital subtraction angiography and multiphase computed tomography angiography. These methods might help clinicians choose appropriate imaging methods which assess collateral circulation status at the early stage of disease and guide the treatment decision-making and prognosis.
