L’expérience du travail comme indicateur de développement
Abstract
Professional development is considered through the conceptualisations of postmen. Involved as tutors in the workflow, they have to transmit the meaning of the work everyday life. But new incomers at work do not see what is the most important to do the job, because of a different link to the firm. Tutors have to adjust the rules of work, in which interactions with clients are more than before used. Action dilemmas, familiar scripts have to be explicited by tutors. Through the explanations, new conceptualisations emerge of explanation of the work, which constitute professional development.
