Self‐Inflicted Urethrovesical Foreign Body in a 57‐Year‐Old Male Causing a Urethrocutaneous Fistula: A Case Report
Abstract
ABSTRACT Self‐transurethral foreign body insertion is rare and often associated with altered mentation. While it may provide pleasure to some, risks include infections and injuries to the urethra and bladder. A thorough history is crucial to understanding motives and effective management. Treatment should be aimed at safe removal and preventing further complications.
