Abstract

The srategy implications in increasing company management effectivenessThe paper refers to the concept of organizational effectiveness and its implications in thedevelopment and implementation of business strategies.Effectiveness intends to establish accurate goals and objectives for the organization andtaking good decisions for accomplish them.Effectiveness is achieved when the organization pursues appropriate goals. This means“doing the right thing”.Doing the right things means effectiveness - setting the right goals and objectives and thenmaking sure they're accomplished.If the organizations used their resources for accomplishing the objectives means that theirmanagers are effective.
