Fundef: uma análise preliminar

Abstract

This paper adresses the main issues that the FUNDEF tried to answer and analyses if the criticism that it produced when was approved were right or not if we see the situation some years later. Finalizes with an analysis of the main impacts regarding the division of responsibilities between state and municipalities in the State of São Paulo. Ends with cosiderations on FUNDEB alternative, nowadays in debate in Brazil.
