Meanwhile, we classified the pharmacological activity of dauricine by screening these articles.Results: Emerging evidence suggests that dauricine possesses numerous pharmacological activities, including neuroprotection, anti-cancer, anti-arrhythmia, anti-inflammatory and anti-diabetes.Conclusion: Dauricine has a potential value in the treatment of many diseases. We hope that this review will contribute to therapeutic development and future studies of dauricine.Keywords: menispermum dauricum, dauricine, toxicity, pharmacology, pharmacokinetics
