The aim of the present study was to evaluate treatment outcomes of TB and identify associated factors in TB patients at the Jinka General Hospital (JGH), remote Zone of Ethiopia. Result The result showed that 13.1% (154/1172) of the cases were cured, 60.9% treatment completed, 10.2% died and 9.1% were lost to follow-up. Thus, the overall treatment success rate was 74%. Male patients [AOR = 0.70 (0.52–0.93)] and HIV co-infected patients [AOR = 0.67 (0.45–0.98)] were associated with unsuccessful treatment outcomes.
