IDENTIFICATION OF TRENDS AND REGULATIONS IN INCREASING LABOR PRODUCTIVITY

Abstract

As the most important indicator of the effectiveness of social reproduction, solving the problem of increasing labor productivity has always been in the center of attention and requires joint efforts of the country, scientific and commercial groups. Considering the consequences of the economic crisis and the worsening geopolitical situation, this issue is especially important for the Russian economy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends and patterns of the country's socio-economic development in terms of labor productivity. The key factors that have the greatest impact on labor productivity are identified. The article describes complex organizational and economic mechanisms for increasing labor productivity indicators. The research results may be of interest to representatives of government agencies at all levels, the scientific community and the expert community, and can also be widely used in research practice.
