Place de la culture tupuri dans le français en milieu scolaire nord-camerounais

Abstract

Adamawa-Ubangi, a language spoken in southwestern Chad and north-eastern Cameroon, with many speakers, the tupuri is a close cohabitation with the French in the Central African region. French in this bilingual context undergoes tremendous morpho-syntactic and semantic changes. It is particularly to study the diaphasic and diastratic variations in the verbal system of French spoken in a tupuri milieu. We analyze different forms of transitive, intransitive, direct transitive and indirect transitive verbs. These layers result in semantic restriction and semantic extension. It comes from the same diaphasic variation: the choice of prepositions and ‘pronominals’ causes the problem of syntactic neologism; in the structure of relative proposition, many changes appear in relation to the concordance of verbal tenses and moods.
