Abstract

This article examines ways to reduce the environmental impact (noise pollution, harmful emissions) on land plots located near highways based on the choice by land owners of various options for barrier the land plot from roads (depending on the height of the product). The results of the analysis reflect the preferences of land owners (user) in the choice of enclosing structures for the land plot, based on the preference in terms of price/reduction of environmental impact on land plots. The analysis of land owner preferences when choosing materials for barrier a land plot from roads (depending on the height of the product) was carried out between two The types of barrier materials are 1.50m. The obtained results of the analysis of land owner preferences in the choice of enclosing structures for a land plot can be used in the development of strategies by marketing services of manufacturers of barrier materials, as well as by researchers in this field.
