To the question of systematization of the patient’s rights

Abstract

This article is devoted to conducting analysis of the patient’s rights as one of the part of legal status of the patients. The author proposes the classification of the patient’s rights on the basis of the legislation of Ukraine: human and citizen rights established by the Constitution; general and special rights of the patient.
