S235JR karbon çeliği ile AISI 430 ferritik paslanmaz çeliğin mig kaynak yöntemi ile kaynak edilebilirliğinin incelenmesi

Abstract

In this study, a different chemical composition and mechanical properties, low carbon steel (S235JR) and ferritic stainless (AISI 430) steel materials with different wire feed speed in MIG welding (welding current) are joined. Welding application made to the tensile test to determine the mechanical properties of welded joints welded joints were carried out, also hardness measurements were carried out in the the welding zone. Finally studies of microstructure formation welding to determine the weld metal and the HAZ changes are made.
