The University of Pedagogic Sciences are at the moment in the stage of improvement of the plans and study programs that it applies the Technical and Professional Education, in the country with the purpose of achieving that the formation of the professionals of that education level constitutes a process characterized by its approach to the reality of the social Cuban development. The present work has as objective to carry out a methodology for the curricular macro-design developer of the technical cycle, specialty Masonry of the Technical and Professional Education, starting from the experience that accumulates in this sense, that which allows, to satisfy the task of design macrocurricular, where the fundamental elements have been determined that can favor the social, technical demands and of development technical professional. In their realization novel procedures of the educational and technical investigation have been applied that highlight the determination for first time of the procedures starting from the main areas that structure the worker's work and competitions more general of each one of them in the technical cycle.
