Le realtà carcerarie e il Sistema Bibliotecario nel contesto della città di Milano

Abstract

It presents the librarian system of Milan and the Penal and Penitentiary System of Italy. Two seemingly distant realities, but which are microcosms that are committed to fighting prejudices and asserting the right to read and access information, since it is provided for in the Italian Constitution and in the penitentiary legislation itself, the presence of libraries in custody institutions. RESUMO Presenta il Sistema Bibliotecario di Milano e il Sistema Penale Penitenziario. Due realtà apparentemente contrapposte e lontane, ma che si sono incontrate e impegnate a contrastare i pregiudizi contro la popolazione “reclusa" e a favorirne il reinserimento sociale, come vuole la Costituzione Italiana e l’Ordinamento penitenziario che in Italia prevede la presenza delle biblioteche negli Istituti detentivi.
