The search for and implementation of efficient tools that enhance the productivity of both students and teachers are essential tasks in today's educational landscape. In this context, an academic work-checking system serves as an innovative tool for automating the studying process, with the potential to significantly improve the work of the main participants in the educational process. First and foremost, it is crucial to understand what such a system entails. It consists of a set of software and technical tools specifically designed to automate the validation of students' academic work. This service includes algorithms for detecting plagiarism, assessing the quality and objectivity of the work, and the ability to offer feedback and guidance to students for improving their work. The first advantage of the system is the reduction of time spent on checking diploma theses. The application analyzes the text of the works much faster than a teacher can, allowing for a more efficient use of the resources of the higher education institution. This is especially relevant in the context of the growing number of students and the volume of work. The second important advantage is the improvement of the objectivity and quality of assessment. The verification system allows for the use of objective criteria and standards to assess works, making the process fair and consistent. Our service for evaluating works includes checking various aspects, such as the correctness of formatting for citations and literary sources, the correspondence of the table of contents pages to the document's pages, proper source formatting, the presence of punctuation marks in the sources, the correctness of the title page, the correspondence of signatures to figures and tables, their integration into the work's context, and the appropriate use of abbreviations. The application responds to changes in evaluation criteria and can provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improving works. For young scientists, the diploma thesis verification system contributes to their self-development. It allows students to receive an objective assessment of their skills and abilities, as well as instructions for improving quality. This stimulation encourages independent improvement and learning. As the educational process becomes increasingly digital, the diploma thesis verification system also offers opportunities for integration with other educational and scientific tools. It provides opportunities for interaction with online learning platforms, electronic libraries, and other resources that enhance the educational process and the work of teachers.
