La reconnaissance du harcèlement moral au travail : une manifestation de la « psychologisation » du social ?
Abstract
The author sets out to discuss whether recognition of workplace bullying expresses an interpretation of the social sphere in basically psychological terms. Having first outlined in what conditions the concept emerged and came to be taken into account by the French legal system, the author outlines how this can be construed as a psychological interpretation of the social sphere; showing further, based on data from a qualitative survey, that such an interpretation only partly expresses the phenomenon as encountered in its entirety.
