We have implanted Spinal Cord Stimulation devices since 2011. In 2015 we started to implant a new High Frequency SCS system. This new stimulation, similar to the classical plant stimulation technique, has proved to be easier for the operator and better tolerated by the patient. There is a reduction of intra-operative time because the electrode placement doesn't depend on finding a correct paresthesia mapping. This stimulation is deprived of paresthesia and determines a better tolerance by the patient.
