Using Project Management for building permission

Abstract

Project Management is successfully used for building permission. For large and complex structures such access is necessary for an optimal outcome. Even smaller buildings can be reasonably certain to require the use of project management skills. As a suitable method seems to be the Project Management according to IPMA, which particularly emphasizes the system approach.
