The primary goal of this research was to create a compression molded hybrid composite board using Chicken Feather Fiber (CFF), jute fiber, and a combination of the two. It also looks at how production factors such as temperature, pressure, and time affect the mechanical properties of this composite. For all of the composite samples created, the largest impact strengths were found at the lowest temperature, pressure, and time. The temperature has a greater impact than pressure or time. The 50:50 CFF/Jute composite has the highest impact strength of the developed composite samples.
