The objective of this work is to analyze the values and the attitude in which the students of the Master in Studies for Peace and Development of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the UAEMéx face the conflicts in the classroom, either through evasion, accommodation (complacency), competition, negotiation or cooperation. The model used by Paco Cascón (2001), through which new ways of making peace are envisioned, as we consider it important to learn to manage conflicts in a positive, creative and peaceful way. Quantitative and documentary research were used to define the values, attitudes and styles of dealing with conflict through measurement indicators. In order to obtain the information in the field, three different types of Lickert-type measurement scales were applied in order to know which values are more entrenched by teachers, as well as the attitude and style of resolving their conflicts in the classroom. The most significant results was knowing if they knew how to dialogue and we concluded the need to make efforts to be dialogic. Regarding the values, the students responded that honesty was the most important and in the results of the questions, they argued that it was justice and the least important was creativity. In the five styles of dealing with conflict, the most used is negotiation, leaving the complacent style at the end.
