Abstract

Cervical spondylosis is one of the common clinical diseases. At present, the main drugs used in the clinic are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), neurotrophic drugs, skeletal muscle relaxation drugs, opioids, etc. , which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients to a certain extent, but cannot be eradicated. The theory of syndrome differentiation of the six channels in Treatises on Febrile Diseases has made the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment with both principles, methods, prescriptions and medicines perfect. Through the syndrome differentiation of the six channels, doctors can accurately locate the location and etiology of various clinical diseases, including cervical spondylosis, and provide more targeted programs for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper discusses the application of syndrome differentiation theory of six channels in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis through literature search, in order to provide certain ideas and methods for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
